Neil Diamond Tribute Cabaret Supper.

"Saturday 21st February saw the first of a propsed series of Cabaret Suppers at the Community Hall to raise money for the Rame Roof Appeal (www.rameroof.co.uk). The diners were treated to a three course resturaunt-style meal followed by a quality Neil Diamond tribute act. The evening, organised and run by Stuart & Alastair from Event Services,(with generous support and volunteer assistance), was a fantastically enjoyable way to generate £450 for this essential work to preserve our heritage for future generations. The audience left in high spirits asking when the next one was to be!" Written by Rev. Robin Doyle and quoted from the Parish of Maker with Rame Courier.

This event was a huge success as demonstrated by the above review. A broad cross-section of the local (and not so local) community formed the audience and actively participated. Many ended the evening on their feet in a very lively fashion.
