SYSTEM DESGIN & INSTALLATION
Event Services staff have a wide and highly professional experience of working in a diverse selection of venues. When asked to design an installation we know what is needed to ensure that the result provides a flexible professional operating environment. It is very important to assess the individual client’s needs and carefully understand their goals. We never sell an ‘off the shelf’ solution; these don’t answer clients’ needs or individual concerns.
A performance or presentation system designed and installed by Event Services, will meet the highest standards and expectations of both users and client. An Event Services installation will be designed to provide longevity of trouble free service. We regard it as very important that any installation can be kept up to date and, as necessary, expanded or enhanced as easily as possible. To ensure this Event Services always aim to ‘future proof’ their installation design. This approach also allows clients to complete an installation over several phases, perhaps as building works are completed, or finances become available.
Event Services takes an unusual level of care to ensure that any of the installations we design complement the space they are in. In many multi-purpose venues the theatre and audio-visual installation need to be discrete and unobtrusive, yet highly functional. This also applies to museum and exhibition venues, where inappropriate modern electronic equipment would stand out like a sore thumb.
Our design engineers want you to be as happy with your performance as we are with ours.
Servicing & Testing
Event Services’ engineers can service and maintain all your sound, lighting and presentation systems. Whether you need a faulty item repairing, or are planning a routine maintenance schedule (covering all or part of your equipment), Event Services can help. Routine, planned maintenance can also dramatically reduce equipment failure, and ensures optimal performance. We can normally offer replacement items from our hire stock, to ensure that your events or performances are disrupted as little as possible. We offer a full, competitively priced Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) service. This includes a full mechanical and optical examination, where relevant. As highly experienced theatre and entertainment practitioners ourselves, we are aware of areas of specific concern with equipment types and know exactly how it should work and will ensure that it is safe and functional upon return.
